Even Office Workers Can Exercise
You may think that just because your job ties you to the desk for over 8 hours a day that you have all the excuse you need for not following a daily workout routine. But nothing can be further from the truth. Even the busiest office worker should be able to squeeze in a few minutes to half an hour a day with some desk exercises.
It’s possible to follow a simple exercise routine that just takes a few minutes every half hour that can get your muscles moving and alleviating some of the stresses through the back, neck, shoulders and arms. It can all be done without breaking the concentration too much and then you can be back at your job feeling good, knowing that the body is remaining fit even while you’re still tied to the chair.
